Triumvirate Environmental, a leading environmental services firm, is seeking a Billing Specialist for our Cumming, GA office. This onsite role supports sales, service, and account management with invoicing and pricing activities.

The position emphasizes accuracy, strong communication, and collaboration across departments to ensure contract-compliant billing and efficient processes. A reliable transportation means and US work eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Detail oriented and accurate.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship.
• Must have a reliable form of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure accurate billing setup (client purchase orders, invoice frequency, pricing, etc).
• Work with account management to secure and manage client purchase orders.
• Coordinate with Technical Services to identify new items to create pricing.
• Create and review client invoices, ensuring accurate and timely billing to customers in accordance with contract terms and company policies.
• Have a working knowledge of customer price schedules.
• Work with account management and project administration teams to develop pricing for new services, goods and wastes based on sales strategy.
• Coordinate with other roles/departments to resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and issues in a timely manner.
• Work with Technical Services team to assist in filing, copying, scanning and answering the phone.

Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Billing Specialist for our Cumming, GA office.

This position reports to the Senior General Manager. This position will be fully onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship
• Must have a reliable form of transportation

Preferred Requirements:

• Prior relevant industry experience
• Prior successful experience in a customer service role
• Associate's degree preferred
• Minimum 1 years of experience inbilling, customer facing and/or finance related field
