Job summary

Leaderpromos Marketing Agency in Columbus, OH is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to ensure accurate invoicing and timely revenue collection.

You will reconcile vendor bills, prepare invoices, and communicate with clients about billing questions. The role uses ERP, inventory/order systems and QuickBooks Online, with strong Excel and office suite skills to keep precise records.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
• 2+ years of billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, or order management systems experience.
• Experience using ERP, inventory management, or order management system.
• Experience in commonsku is a plus, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile vendor bills in ERP and ensure all POs are reviewed prior to invoicing.
• Compile and process information such as prices, discounts, shipping rates etc.
• Ensure customers are billed correctly for services offered.
• Issue invoices and distribute them electronically to client or client's procurement system.
• Communicate with customers to answer any questions on invoices.
• Generate credit memos as needed and distribute them electronically.
• Create detailed consolidated invoice reports when executing monthly customer invoice consolidation and related receivables adjustments.
• Apply Credit/Store Card payments to client accounts.
• Keep accurate, organized records.
• Other duties as assigned.
