Job summary

UG2 is seeking a Billing Coordinator to manage invoicing, billing data accuracy, and customer onboarding into Sage Intacct. The role requires strong numerical and data entry skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

The position collaborates with the Billing Manager and Billing Director to ensure accurate month-end closings and及时沟通 with internal teams. It is an office-based role with potential site visits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as billing specialist or similar role.
• Strong numerical and data entry abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Experience with billing software is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate and timely invoices to clients.
• Onboard customers into Sage Intacct.
• Update customer information as needed.
• Review billing documents for accuracy and completeness; resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure all billing is allocated to proper departments.
• Assist operations with billing requests and issues.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and errors.
• Communicate billing inquiries and payment issues to operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless billing processes and month end closings.
• Maintain documentation of billing activities.
• Generate reports on billing activities and accounts receivable.
• Perform special projects delegated by management.
