Saf-Gard Safety Shoe Company is seeking a Billing Specialist in Fort Worth, TX to review and audit data, process invoices per customer requirements, and meet invoicing deadlines. The role supports AR operations and invoicing across a fast-paced office environment.

The ideal candidate will handle multiple tasks independently, communicate effectively, and contribute to a team while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing and auditing data.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excel and Google spreadsheet experience.
• Knowledge of Adobe/PDF and network shares.
• Ability to learn and utilize company operating systems.
• Self-starting attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Review and audit data and process invoices according to customer requirements.
• Meet invoicing deadlines and prioritize tasks.
• Support daily accounts receivable operations including cash application and payment processing.
• Assist with customer billing and invoice processing and liaise with accounts payable as needed.
• Research and resolve misapplied payments and reconciliation issues.
• Review remittance and match payments to invoices in Navision and generate AR reports.
