Job summary

Citadel Pacific Ltd. in Guam is seeking a Billing Operations & Controls Specialist to support administration, auditing and analysis of the Coastguard billing system.

You will monitor CDRs, perform pre-billing QA and help ensure accurate monthly invoices. This role requires attention to detail, ability to analyze data, and coordination with multiple departments to correct errors, manage reconciliations and maintain billing integrity in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of office administration and telecommunications standards.
• Experience with computer systems and hardware.
• Basic knowledge of Calix Management System (CMS).
• Teamwork and goal‑oriented work.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily CDR volume to detect shortages or fraud.
• Perform billing audits and analyze discrepancies.
• Manage and correct rejected or unbillable CDRs.
• Configure rates for roaming partners and audit pricing.
• Prepare billing reports for auditors and management.
