Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years of equivalent experience.
• 3+ years energy industry experience in billing, ESG-EDI, credit, or regulatory areas.
• Knowledge of customer service systems.
• Knowledge of billing, suppliers, and metering.
• Knowledge of regulatory rules.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise and solutions for supplier coordination (ESG) and billing.
• Analyze regulatory processes and technical problems.
• Proactively monitor to identify potential concerns.
• Serve as SME for projects impacting billing and ESG billing.
