Job summary

ESO is seeking an Implementation Consultant for Logis Billing. You will guide customers from kickoff through their first clean billing cycle, configuring billing rules, migrating data, and training staff to ensure successful go-live and seamless handoff to support.

In this remote US role, you will collaborate with a cross-functional team, manage risks, and document learnings to shape future playbooks as the product evolves.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple implementations end-to-end.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder communication.
• Experience training and enabling customers on new software.

Responsibilities

• Run each implementation from kickoff to handoff with a dated plan and weekly health checks.
• Configure Logis Billing to standard configurations: payers, fee schedules, codes, and rules.
• Train customer staff on workflows and ensure a clean go-live with successful post-go-live handoff.
• Accurately track time by customer and task in the time tracking system.
