A-1 Little John Site Services in Denison, TX is seeking a CSR – Billing Specialist to handle customer-facing billing questions and manage AR/collections. You will process invoices for toilets, dumpsters, fence, and septic accounts while ensuring accuracy and timeliness in billing across multiple lines of business.

This office-based role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in Salesforce, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and QBO/billing software.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service, billing, and administrative experience in the B2B space.
• Proactive in problem solving and data collection.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and billing/accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as third point of contact for incoming inquiries concerning billing questions.
• Prepare and process invoices for multiple lines of business.
• Own AR and collections process and participate in audits.
• Maintain organized customer billing records and report KPIs to Billing Manager.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance to ensure billing accuracy and timeliness.
