Job summary

Responsibilities

• Verify pricing/information as necessary to generate an accurate invoice and reports to the customers
• Help resolve collection issues resolution, and other clients’ needs as they arise
• Review employee timecards to ensure completeness and accuracy of recorded hours in accordance with company policies and billing requirements

Skills and Abilities

• High school diploma/GED required (college degree preferred) and a minimum of 1 year experience in general accounting/billing
• Proficient in Quickbooks, Filemaker (or similar billing software), Excel
• Previous entertainment industry experience with an understanding of post production workflows
• Confidentiality and discretion required
• Strong analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and successfully manage multiple assignments concurrently

Our target pay range for this role is $25 - $30/hour. Actual starting rates within the range will depend on various considerations, including: work experience, skills, specializations, and training.
