JOB TITLE: Billing Coordinator
LOCATION: Philadelphia
FLSA STATUS: Non-exempt
SUMMARY: We are seeking an experienced Billing Coordinator to support our billing functions within the Finance department. Duties include reviewing, sorting and processing billing matters in a timely manner. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of three years’ billing experience, with an emphasis on attention to detail, data accuracy, payment processing compliance, and strong Excel skills (intermediate level); experience in legal billing is highly preferred, but not required.
