Covington & Burling LLP in Los Angeles is seeking a detail‑oriented Billing Assistant to support client invoicing and monthly close. You will manage portfolios, ensure adherence to client Billing guidelines, and proactively monitor e-billing progress while coordinating with partners and associates.
You will revise short-paid and rejected invoices, resolve billing issues, and communicate complex billing arrangements to senior lawyers.
Status: Non-Exempt
Reports To: Assistant Director of Billing
Workplace Type: Remote (must be local to either the LA, Palo Alto, or San Francisco office)
Salary range is $63,400-$82,900 dependent on experience.
