Cottingham and Butler is seeking a Billing & Contracting Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on managing billing, invoicing, payment support, and contract administration activities.

Key responsibilities include reviewing invoices, creating client invoices, responding to inquiries, drafting contracts, and supporting timely execution and record-keeping across agreements and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of experience in billing, invoicing, contract administration, accounting support, client operations, or related business environment

• Create, distribute, and maintain accurate client invoices, payment records, ACH information, and account reconciliations.

• Facilitate internal contract reviews and support timely execution, filing, and organization of agreements and supporting records.
• Create and maintain policy records, ensuring system information aligns with executed agreements and documentation.
