Job summary

Numotion, the leading mobility solutions provider in North America, seeks a Billing & Collections Coordinator I. You will work to ensure accurate billing and timely collections while complying with state and federal requirements.

This roles emphasizes accurate order setup, payer communications, and customer service excellence. Qualified candidates will have a High School diploma or GED, at least one year of related experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required; an associate degree is preferred.
• Minimum one year related experience is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure order setup accuracy for proper reimbursement.
• Perform daily review of orders for billing.
• Conduct follow-up and collections activities to reduce DSO.
• Submit appeals and communicate with payers as needed.
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers.
• Adhere to company policies and federal/state regulations.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in audits as needed.
