Arbon Equipment, a Rite-Hite Company, seeks an End User Billing and Collection Specialist to manage billing and collections for End User equipment work, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely cash collection.

You will build strong customer relationships, resolve billing questions, and maintain clean accounts receivable aging while coordinating with the Operations and Finance teams.

Formación

• Associate's degree in a related field preferred.
• Three or more years of billing and/or collecting experience.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with multiple software products.
• JD Edwards ERP system experience a PLUS.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review End User non-portal sales records for correct billing instructions and timely collection.
• Build strong relationships with external customers and resolve issues promptly.
• Research and resolve billing questions by verifying job status, files, and contractual obligations.
• Escalate potential billing issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain clean Accounts Receivable aging and apply payments accurately.
• Make collections calls on past-due accounts.
• Assist Rite-Hite and Operations as needed.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE

The End User Billing and Collection Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring that all balances due for End User equipment work is billed and collected in a timely manner for an allocation of customer accounts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:

• Review an allocation of End User Non-Portal sales records for proper billing instructions, special conditions, and ensure each sale is billed and collected in a timely and accurate manner.
• Build strong positive relationships with external customers by providing a level of customer service that instills confidence that issues will be resolved in a timely fashion and in a manner that meets or exceeds expectations.
• Research and resolve any customer billing issues and/or questions in a manner that meets or exceeds their expectations. This includes, but is not limited to, accessing internal systems confirming job status, reviewing job files and contractual obligations, reviewing cash application, and reconciling jobs.
• Communicate effectively with other members of the team to ensure that potential billing issues or payment delays are properly escalated and resolved.
• Research and resolve all billing related questions that arise.
• Manage the collection of outstanding invoices so that payment is received promptly and foster an environment where customers have an excellent end-to-end billing experience.
• Maintaining a clean and up-to-date Accounts Receivable aging is essential to fulfilling this job mandate. The candidate must be able to promptly and proactively identify customer billing issues, prioritize and resolve the issues, and ensure the accurate application of customer payments to corresponding invoices.
• Make collections calls on past due accounts to include communicating to departments that can resolve customer issues resulting in payment of past due amounts.
• Assist Rite-Hite and the Operations Department in any reasonable capacity required

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Associate's degree in a related field preferred
• Three or more years of billing and/or collecting experience

KNOWLEDGE / SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong Excel skills, ability to work with a variety of software products
• JD Edwards ERP system experience a PLUS
• Excellent organizational skills and great attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work accordingly
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong team-player with a can do attitude

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role has no supervisory responsibilities.
