Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in utility billing, collections, customer service, AR, or related field with two years in supervision or team leadership.
• Proven experience in employee development, performance management, coaching, and training.
• Valid State of Florida Class E Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Billing and Collections staff with clear goals and accountability.
• Monitor performance via scorecards, quality metrics, and customer service data.
• Oversee onboarding, cross-training, and ongoing staff training.
• Foster engagement and a positive workplace culture across teams.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and timekeeping; support recruitment and workforce planning.
