Job summary

FSS Technologies is seeking a CMT Associate to support the Finance Team with daily billing operations and collections. This mid-level role emphasizes accuracy, customer management, and timely payments.

You will learn FSS Technologies' processes and work closely with senior team members. The position targets individuals early in their career who are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and motivated to grow in billing and collections.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in billing, collections, customer service, or office administration.
• Experience in a financial or administrative setting is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and familiarity with MS Office required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor accounts for outstanding balances and assist collections.
• Prepare vendor agreements, draft emails, and process lien waivers.
• Process routine customer payments, refunds, and adjustments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely payments.
• Resolve billing discrepancies by gathering docs or escalation.
• Generate standard reports on account status for management.
• Maintain accurate CRM customer data and update records.
• Serve as main contact for billing and account inquiries.
• Learn and apply billing policies and systems as trained.
• Support install invoicing and related issues with the Director of CMT.
