Utility Supply & Construction Company is seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our growing team in Novi, MI. The role focuses on invoicing, payment tracking, and resolving billing issues to ensure accurate financial records.

Ideal candidates will have an associate degree in accounting or finance, proven AR experience, and strong MS Office skills. You will work with internal teams to support timely collections and quality reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience in accounts receivable.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Generate and issue customer invoices in a timely manner.
