Job summary

DuraServ is seeking a Billing Analyst in Coppell, TX, on-site, to own collections, reconciliation, and credit evaluation. You will manage overdue invoices, maintain precise records, and ensure accurate payment application, protecting cash flow for the company.

You will interact via phone, email, and written communications, following up on disputes and ensuring AR is auditable and defensible. This is a detail-oriented, accuracy-driven role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts receivable collections experience in a professional environment.
• Knowledge of foundational AR principles and electronic billing procedures.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel for analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer collections via phone, email, and written communications.
• Reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate payment application.
• Maintain detailed records of collection activity and payment arrangements.
