Qualifications

• Proven knowledge in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar financial coordination role.

Responsibilities

• Review project statements, contracts, and work orders to verify accuracy and ensure invoices reflect terms.
• Prepare monthly financial projections and Month-to-Date revenue totals for reporting.
• Coordinate with operations to collect billing information and report progress in meetings.
• Handle external billing inquiries from partners, vendors, and customers with prompt service.
• Maintain organized billing files for audits and ensure compliance with policies.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance billing accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure all monthly billing deadlines are met consistently.
