Law firm is seeking a Billing & Collection Specialist to join their Irvine office.

Responsibilities

• Submit billing invoices
• Set up new clients for e-billing
• Track invoice statuses and follow up on outstanding payments
• Post client payments
• Act as backup support as needed
• Prepare and distribute billing on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
• Assist with monthly & year-end closing and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 7+ years’ experience in legal billing
• Aderant experience required
