Parkway Chevrolet Inc. in Tomball, TX is seeking an experienced Automotive Billing Clerk to join our fast-paced dealership. The ideal candidate will bill new and used vehicle retail deals and reconcile CIT schedules while working closely with finance and sales admin.

You must have at least 1 year of automotive billing experience, be detail-oriented, and possess a valid TX driver's license. Tekion experience is a plus, and a commitment to accuracy and customer service is essential.

Responsibilities

• Process and bill new and used vehicle retail deals accurately and efficiently.
• Review retail sales deals in Tekion to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain and reconcile Contracts in Transit (CIT) schedules.
• Work closely with finance and retail sales department administrators to ensure timely and accurate deal processing.
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and documentation issues.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with dealership procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and support daily dealership operations.

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Automotive Billing Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience billing new and used vehicle retail deals, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment.

What You'll Do

• Process and bill new and used vehicle retail deals accurately and efficiently
• Review retail sales deals inTekion to ensure accuracy
• Maintain and reconcile Contracts in Transit (CIT) schedules
• Work closely with finance and retail sales department administrators to ensure timely and accurate deal processing
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and documentation issues
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with dealership procedures
