Job summary

Parkway Family Auto Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Billing Clerk to join our Houston area team. You will bill new and used vehicle retail deals, review transactions in Tekion, and reconcile CIT schedules while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You’ll collaborate with finance and sales admins, resolve billing discrepancies, and maintain meticulous records. A strong attention to detail, organization, and customer-service focus are essential for success in a fast-paced dealership

Qualifications

• Automotive billing experience is required.
• Experience handling new and used vehicle deals preferred.
• Valid Texas driver license and clean record.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and bill new and used vehicle retail deals accurately and efficiently.
• Review retail sales deals in Tekion to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain and reconcile Contracts in Transit (CIT) schedules.
• Coordinate with finance and sales admins to ensure timely deal processing.
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and documentation issues.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with dealership procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and daily support to dealership operations.

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Automotive Billing Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience billing new and used vehicle retail deals, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment.

What You'll Do

• Process and bill new and used vehicle retail deals accurately and efficiently
• Review retail sales deals inTekion to ensure accuracy
• Maintain and reconcile Contracts in Transit (CIT) schedules
• Work closely with finance and retail sales department administrators to ensure timely and accurate deal processing
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and documentation issues
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with dealership procedures
• Provide excellent customer service and support daily dealership operations

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of automotive billing experience with new and used vehicle retail deals
• Experience with Tekion preferred
• Valid Texas driver's license
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Professional attitude, positive work ethic, and high ethical standards
