California Sierra Express Inc is hiring for a Billing Clerk in Reno, NV. This full-time role supports the Customer Service Manager and Operations by entering billing information, issuing freight quotes and generating invoices.

Hours are 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with benefits including paid vacation, holidays and comprehensive insurance. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, strong math and computer skills, and prior billing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• 1 year billing experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic computer skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter billing information and process billing cycles.
• Create and issue freight quotes and generate invoices.
• Verify charges and ensure accuracy of billing.
• Provide customer service support by telephone and email.
