Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process and finalize all vehicle sales billing.
• Post car deals and verify all required documentation is complete.
• Reconcile schedules and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Coordinate with sales managers and finance teams on outstanding items.
• Maintain accurate deal files in accordance with state and company guidelines.
• Assist with DMV paperwork and title processing as needed.
