Carlock Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Billing Clerk to join our accounting team. You will handle billing across departments, post vehicle deals, and ensure all documents are complete and accurate.

Ideal candidates have automotive billing experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with dealership software. This on-site role supports our growing group across multiple brands and locations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Process and finalize all vehicle sales billing
• Post car deals and verify all required documentation is complete
• Reconcile schedules and resolve any billing discrepancies
• Coordinate with sales managers and finance teams on outstanding items
• Maintain accurate deal files in accordance with state and company guidelines
• Assist with DMV paperwork and title processing as needed
