Job summary

Findlay Toyota in Prescott, AZ is seeking a Billing Clerk to manage all aspects of vehicle deal billing, verify paperwork, and record sales to the General Ledger to support accurate revenue reporting.

The ideal candidate has 2 years automotive billing experience, CDK proficiency, Excel skills, and strong customer service. A high school diploma and willingness to pass a background check are required; this full-time role includes a great working environment, training, and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years of automotive billing experience required.
• Must be familiar with CDK.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Willing to submit a background check.

Responsibilities

• Billing of all vehicles sold, including profit calculation and recording receivables/liabilities.
• Reconcile Dealer Reserve statements and Finance Product submissions.
• Research and resolve discrepancies in the billing process.
• Process and reconcile factory incentives.
• Create and maintain deal logs.
• Other duties assigned.

• Ensures proper billing of all vehicles sold from calculating profits, set up receivables/liabilities and calculates sales commissions
• Reconcile Dealer Reserve statements and Finance Product submissions
• Research and resolve any discrepancies or problems with the billing process
• Process and reconcile factory incentives
• Create and maintain deal logs
• Other duties assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• 2 years of Automotive Billing experience required
• MUST be familiar with CDK
• High school diploma or equivalent.
