WIN Sports Group is seeking a Finance Coordinator to support end-to-end billing, generate and distribute client invoices, and manage cash applications. This full-time in-office position in New York offers a salary of about $70,000 annually, with benefits and a discretionary annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of billing, accounts receivable, or cash application experience.
• Prior trust accounting or client-fund management experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality in handling financial data.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end billing process including generating and distributing client invoices.
• Code and enter invoice data into ERP (NetSuite).
• Coordinate with internal teams to confirm billing details and ensure compliance.
• Process daily cash applications and reconcile with bank statements.
• Send payment reminders and perform follow-ups to resolve overdue invoices.
• Onboard new clients to the ERP system and integrate into payment structure.
• Contribute to monthly close processes and maintain data confidentiality.
• Process vendor invoices and payment requests with proper authorization.
