Job summary

Vantage Unified Communications seeks a Carrier and Billing Analyst to process carrier orders and customer equipment orders for new implementations, expansions, and repairs, and to input services billing for accuracy. The role also introduces you to routine customer support tasks, impacting customer experience and revenue integrity.

Key duties include handling port requests, billing audits, and delivering customer invoices, while collaborating with care teams and ensuring seamless telecom

Qualifications

• 1+ years of billing, carrier, or telecom operations/helpdesk experience preferred.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
• Familiarity with NRC/MRC telecom billing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and track carrier orders and port requests.
• Resolve carrier disputes and manage escalations.
• Prepare and present recurring carrier performance reports.
• Oversee billing for new customers and contracts on the billing platform.
• Review tickets for billable items and update billing accordingly.
• Generate, confirm, and distribute customer invoices; address billing questions.
• Support Tier 1 Customer Care when time permits.
