Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 3–7 years in transportation, logistics, or accessorial billing.
• Strong knowledge of TMS, ERP, and Excel.
• Analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with carrier relationships and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Review and audit billing transactions for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage accessorial charges and invoice validation.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs.
• Collaborate with carriers, customers, and internal teams.
• Support audits and process improvements.
