You’ll collaborate with Finance, Operations, Support, and Sales to address billing questions, investigate discrepancies, and streamline billing workflows. This role suits numbers lovers who enjoy problem solving.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in billing, accounting, finance, or related roles.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, sort/filter).
• Familiarity with billing/ERP systems is a plus.
• Clear communication and collaborative approach with internal teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi‑task.
• Curiosity and problem‑solving mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review customer invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Research billing discrepancies and respond to customer questions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Support, and Sales on billing questions.
• Suggest improvements to billing tools, processes, and workflows.
• Review contracts, rates, and billing terms to verify charges.
• Respond to routine inquiries and assist with disputes.
• Maintain organized billing records and supporting docs.
• Process approved adjustments, credits, and refunds per procedures.
• Assist with accounts receivable and follow-up on overdue balances.
• Follow billing procedures and company policies.
