Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a professional Billing Associate to support a large commercial logistics client in West Columbia, SC. The Billing Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely invoicing by completing and processing digital customer bills.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 12:00-4:00 pm during training and 12:00-8:00 pm after training. The role involves fast-paced data entry, bill processing, and collaboration with internal teams to resolve billing inquiries.

Qualifications

• Excellent typing and computer skills (Must pass standard typing test and reading comprehension test with 97% or higher)
• Reliability, professionalism, and an aptitude for learning – Data entry experience
• Billing experience
• LTL freight experience
