Job summary

Reliable Respiratory is seeking a Billing Supervisor to oversee the Third-Party Billing team and Billing clerks. This role manages invoicing, payments and claims, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies. Strong leadership, communication, and Medicare billing experience are essential.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring timely cash flow. Must be eligible to work in the US and willing to thrive in a collaborative medical equipment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college preferred.
• 2+ years of Medicare Billing or relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Third-Party Billing and Billing Clerk teams to ensure accuracy.
• Oversee invoicing, payments, and accounts receivable processes.
• Monitor claims status and ensure timely collection of receivables.
• Provide coaching and maintain compliance with internal guidelines.
