Reliable Respiratory is seeking a Billing Supervisor to lead the Third-Party Billing and Billing Clerk teams. You will oversee invoicing, payments, and receivables while coaching staff to ensure accurate billing and timely collections.

The role requires strong communication, compliance with guidelines, and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare billing environment. A bilingual English/Spanish capability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• High School diploma or equivalent; college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the Third-Party Billing and Billing Clerk teams.
• Oversee and manage billing processes, invoices, and receivables.
• Evaluate performance and provide coaching and training to staff.
• Address staff concerns to ensure safety and respect.
• Respond to escalated customer billing questions and resolve issues.
• Ensure data accuracy in billing and accounting systems.
