Job summary

Williams Lea by RRD is hiring an FSS Account Supervisor to lead the finance team responsible for unbilled and accounts receivable for a subset of our partners and clients. You’ll oversee workflows, staffing and billing activity to deliver accurate, timely results.

Requires an associate or bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance, 3–5 years supervising billing in professional services, and proficiency with 3E/Elite/Aderant plus MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree with concentration in Business, Finance or related discipline.
• Min 3 years of experience supervising all or part of the billing function in a professional services environment.
• Strong customer service, leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise financial support services employees to ensure quality service delivery and meeting client expectations.
• Oversee staffing, workflow volumes and allocate staffing resources by shift or service line.
• Ensure timely billing of unbilled balances and follow-up on accounts receivable.
• Manage employee lifecycle including interviewing, onboarding, training and development.
• Ensure E-Billed invoices are transferred to the e-billing vendor timely.
• Maintain knowledge of client billing terms and monitor aging balances.
