Responsabilidades

• Deposit group premiums via check and ACH.
• Reconcile invoices in the policy administration system.
• Monitor accounts receivable and billing processes.
• Maintain master billing files for Group Payroll/List Bill groups.
• Follow up with agents, brokers, or clients on invoice issues.
• Keep accurate records of customer payments and transactions.
• Support Client Representatives, Account and Sales Managers as needed.
• Assist company reps in researching information for requests.
