Job summary

CITADEL Pacific Ltd. is seeking a Billing Operations & Controls Apprentice to support administration, auditing, and quality assurance of the billing process within the CostGuard system.

You will perform daily processing of switch call records, aid in revenue assurance efforts, and assist with pre-billing and cycle quality checks. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be a US citizen or resident alien.
• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• Must have resident status in Guam for at least three consecutive years before program entry.
• Mayor’s Verification must be submitted upon hire.
• Must be able to attend a minimum of two classes per semester while working 40 hours per week with IT&E.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily processing of switch call records and ensure completeness and accuracy of rated calls across daily, weekly, and monthly cycles.
• Conduct billing audits, generate analytical reports, and assist with pre-billing and billing cycle quality checks.
• Develop, maintain, and distribute billing-related reports to support reconciliation, analytics, and auditing on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Respond to and/or refer customer billing issues to Customer Service; create error queries and reports to resolve issues.
• Review high-usage activity and monitor customer account packages to ensure correct charges and features.
• Perform manual or bulk updates of products, features, and SKUs to ensure billing accuracy.
