Job summary

FullBloom, a national education and behavioral health provider, is seeking a Billing Specialist to manage accounts receivable for school-based contracts in Philadelphia. You will review contracts, create billing requirements, and ensure timely invoicing and data delivery to Operations.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in billing/AR, a Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel; Oracle experience is a plus. This is a full-time on-site role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years Billing/Accounts Receivable experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred.
• High initiative and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of customer accounts related to billing activities.
• Review contracts and create/maintain billing requirements documentation.
• Communicate with Operations to ensure timely data receipt and invoicing.
• Record invoices in accounting system and maintain backups.
