Job summary

JBT Marel Corporation seeks a detail-oriented Customer Care Billing Specialist to coordinate billing and invoicing for the Customer Care Project department, supporting over $40 million in annual revenue. You will work with Project Management, Sales, and the SSC to ensure accurate, timely invoicing and handle change orders.

The role requires meticulous data handling, strong Excel, and ERP experience, with 10% travel and onsite work in Alpharetta, GA.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in billing, invoicing, accounting, project administration, or related field.
• Experience with ERP systems and accounting processes preferred.
• FoodTech or manufacturing industry experience is a plus.
• Strong MS Office skills and excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collect and review weekly timesheets and expense data to support billing.
• Post labor and expenses, prepare billing worksheets, and coordinate approvals.
• Submit invoice nominations to SSC and establish invoice milestones.
• Enter invoice transactions in the ERP system and monitor payments.
• Process revenue billings, credit/debit notes, and change orders as needed.
• Review billing information for accuracy and compliance with procedures.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Sales and Customer Care on billing.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with high accuracy.
