Career Strategy Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Temporary Billing Analyst in Wheeling, West Virginia.

This hybrid role involves 40 hours per week with 4 days remote and 1 day in office, supporting billing schedules, and managing billing for US, Europe, and Asia offices. Responsibilities include posting bills, assisting coordinators and collections analysts, time-entry verification, CMS maintenance, and auditor communications.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Three to five years of similar work experience in a professional services firm.
• Proficiency with Excel/MS Word and Windows environment.
• Competency in using complex billing system.
• Detail oriented, punctual, cooperative.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to work with many people requesting a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for billing coordinators including bill posting of bills for US, Europe and Asia offices on a daily basis.
• Provide support for billing coordinators and collections analysts, including filing, pulling on and off site backup, reconciling accounts and client follow-up.
• Telephone support for secretaries, attorneys, managers, and accounting staff in all offices.
• Verifying accuracy of time entry files and handling rejections, errors, updates, and inquiries, as appropriate.
• Personnel maintenance in CMS including timekeeper set ups. Completion of rate verification form, rate entry, revaluation of WIP and rate maintenance including multiple rate levels, currencies, special department level rates, office level rates and matter rates.
• Respond to requests from outside auditors via billing secretaries for verification of accounts receivable, cash receipts, timekeeper listings and work in progress.
• Process and resolve disputes relating to personal charges for US, European and Asian offices.
• Download accounts receivable information for payroll department related to outstanding personal charges. Provide up to date personal charge data for terminated timekeepers.

Our client is seeking this person to create billing schedules, maintain a portfolio of billing attorneys, and ensure accurate billing processes.
