Job summary

Liquid Environmental Solutions is seeking a Billing Analyst to ensure service work orders are billed per contract terms and customer requirements, auditing costs and invoices for accuracy.

You will provide timely responses to inquiries, support audit-ready documentation, and guide field personnel on billing procedures, while maintaining organized records and consistent billing cycles across National Account portfolios. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ year of billing experience preferred; strong Excel and Word skills recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and deliver excellent customer service.
• Document and illustrate processes for audit and training purposes.
• Guide field personnel on billing inquiries and procedures.
• Prepare Excel-based, PDF and electronic invoices for National Account customers and perform cursory invoice reviews.
• Maintain and restructure National Account billing accounts to meet customer expectations, including invoicing changes and rate adjustments.
• Run and review month-end RM reports for all accounts to identify and correct billing issues.
• Evaluate requests for specialized billing and determine efficient execution means and required resources.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

You will be responsible for auditing your own work to ensure that all costs are accounted for and billed appropriately. Position Overview:

As a Billing Analyst, you will ensure that service work orders are billed according to the contract terms and customer requirements. You will be responsible for auditing your own work to ensure that all costs are accounted for and billed appropriately. Essential Functions:

• Provide timely responses to all customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service under all circumstances.
• Manage all processes and procedures to ensure that they are fully documented and illustrated for audit and training purposes.
• Provide guidance and assistance to field personnel on billing related inquiries and procedures.
• Prepare MS Excel-based, PDF and electronic upload specialized invoices for an assigned portfolio of National Account customers and perform a cursory review of the invoices to ensure that the amount and time period billed is accurate.
• Maintaining and restructuring National Account billing accounts as needed to meet customer expectations, including but not limited to, combining and separating invoices, changing billing cycles / frequency, rate reductions / standardization, address updates, etc.
• Run and review RM reports at month-end on all account customer portfolio to proactively identify and correct any billing issues prior to the monthly bill run.
• Evaluate requests received for specialized billing and determine the most efficient means of execution and the related resources necessary to accommodate the request.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
