Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve billing issues to ensure timely and accurate customer invoicing.
• Reconcile billing records with financial and accounting systems to support accurate revenue recognition and reporting.
• Partner with accounting and finance teams to research and correct billing discrepancies.
• Respond to customer billing inquiries, disputes, and payment arrangement requests while providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain, update, and troubleshoot billing systems to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
• Assist with process documentation and recommend improvements that enhance billing accuracy and reduce manual effort.
• Support reporting initiatives by compiling and analyzing billing metrics and performance data.

The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with a customer-focused mindset to identify billing discrepancies, resolve issues efficiently, and contribute to continuous process improvement. The Billing Analyst will work closely with accounting, finance, and customer service teams to support day-to-day billing operations, reconcile data, and ensure compliance with internal billing standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze billing data to verify invoice accuracy and identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
