Billing Analyst

As part of the Finance Operations team, we are currently seeking a billing analyst to operate within the Financial Force Platform.

What this job involves:

• End to end management of the finance operational aspects of the Financial Force Platform
  • Project Setup & Closeout – create projects for won opportunities, validate contracts and PO’s, establish budgets and milestones.
  • Client Invoicing – managing billing events, generate and distribute client invoices (includes direct to client, as well as vendor portal submittals).
  • Vendor cost associated with 3rd party cost on specific projects – work with JLLT AP contact to provide coding/approval and cost accruals monthly where appropriate.
  • Business Support – provide support to Project Managers and other system users, process timecard corrections.
  • Project Accounting – manage revenue accruals and revenue recognition module in Financial Force to ensure accurate and appropriate recognition of revenue.
  • Month-end review with billing analyst team and Controllership (accrued vs invoiced).

• Advanced accounting and analytical skills, strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft and Financial Force / Salesforce systems a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated consistency in values, principles, and work ethic.
• Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure, and effectively prioritize and manage time and workload to meet client needs.
• Willingness to take on new challenges, responsibilities, and assignments.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

60,000.00 – 75,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
