Job description

Revenue Cycle Analyst, Billing, Days, Fully Remote

The Revenue Cycle Analyst acts as the subject matter expert in payor reimbursements and medical policies, supporting the revenue cycle functions of the organization. This includes preparing and forwarding patient claims to third-party payors, analyzing and reviewing claims for compliance, following up on outstanding claims, and performing billing and collections activities to meet metric goals such as cash collection, denial rates, and days in AR. The analyst also identifies patterns and trends to recommend and implement process improvements, ensuring leadership is informed and aligned.

This position offers a fully remote work opportunity. Candidates must reside in one of the following states: Kentucky, Indiana, Missouri, Ohio, Tennessee, Alabama, Virginia, Mississippi, North Carolina, or South Carolina.
