A leading healthcare company seeks a detail-oriented Billing Analyst to support the finance team in invoicing and collections across multiple subsidiaries. This role offers an opportunity to drive process improvements and collaborate closely with a motivated team. Remote work is available, with a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $70,000 plus benefits, including unlimited PTO and medical coverage.
Position Summary:
The Billing Analyst is integral to the finance team and will assist in invoicing and collections across multiple subsidiaries. This detail-oriented individual will be part of the general ledger (“GL”) close process and revenue reporting, which includes management and external reporting. The Billing Analyst is the primary liaison for the year-end and interim audits for accounts receivable and revenue related items.
The Billing Analyst is encouraged to spearhead process improvements and streamline processes for future, continued success. The Billing Analyst will join a highly motivated and collaborative team at a moment of growth and transition for the Company.

Required Education and Experience:
Location: Remote anywhere within the US (Eastern time zone or central time zone strongly preferred)
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annual base salaryplus bonus, equity, 401k match, Unlimited PTO and medical/dental/vision insurance
