Job summary

Abacus is seeking a Billing Specialist to support client invoicing, payment processing, and AR management in a hybrid US role. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy across billing notes and WIP records, review daily receipts, apply payments, and resolve discrepancies.

• Associate's degree in Business or related field (preferred) and 2–4 years in billing or accounting.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
