Master Machining, Inc. seeks an experienced Billing and Account Specialist to manage vendor and customer invoicing in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes data entry accuracy, organization, and clear communication across internal teams and customers.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a hands-on office approach in a busy workplace.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data entry experience is required.
• 3+ years in customer service is required.
• Strong numerical accuracy and organization are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to learn quickly and work with systems.

Responsabilités

• Enter all vendor invoices and credits.
• Create and issue all customer invoices.
• Reconcile missing transactions between the bank and the system daily.
• Reconcile missing credit card transactions daily.
• Perform end-of-week report for open orders with vendors.
• Assist in data entry from a second company as directed by CFO.
• Answer multi-line phone system and provide general office support.
• Maintain office organization and filing in numerical order.
• Support team with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
• Perform high-volume data entry and maintain numerical/document accuracy.
