Responsibilities

• Record and deposit checks for Corporate and Premium Accounts via Web Banking.
• Apply manual payments and direct billing into IBS systems.
• Daily cancellation processing; prepare and mail cancellation requests.
• Fulfill Missed Deduction letters as needed.
• Backup support to Billing Coordinator.
• Prepare billing and coordinate with Account Manager on Direct Bill Process.
• Maintain Direct Bill spreadsheet and notify carriers.
• Support 3rd party client billing and assist account servicing team.
