Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• 0–2 years in brokerage, accounting, or financial services preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy-focused execution.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Support advisory account billing and maintenance on a high-performing operations team.
• Ensure accurate, timely account servicing while resolving billing, fee, and termination items.
• Perform advisory account maintenance and billing support using internal systems and databases.
• Monitor accounts for program funding gaps and missing documentation that may require termination.
• Process direct bill maintenance, fee adjustments, and billing corrections.
• Coordinate with internal teams on journals, distributions, account opening, trading, compliance, and performance-related requests.
• Resolve fee and termination inquiries with a client-first mindset.
• Complete operational processing such as fee posting, manual batch tickets, and batching.
• Maintain accurate policy and procedure documentation as processes evolve.
• Consistently meet established productivity and quality standards.
