Qualifications

The Role

As our Billing & Accounting Specialist, you will play a vital role in our office operations, ensuring sales are processed accurately and management has the timely data they need. Key Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and accurately post daily sales transactions.
• Generate and deliver regular financial and operational reports for the management team.
• Compile, format, and submit monthly sales data to appropriate internal departments.
• Partner with the broader accounting team to assist in month-end closing procedures.
• Adapt seamlessly to varying daily tasks and operational needs while promoting a positive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Professional Background: At least 1 year of accounting or billing experience is preferred.
