Job summary

Techno Consult Engineering, PC (Techno) in Princeton, NJ, is seeking a Senior Proposal Coordinator to drive pursuit materials across transportation, water, facilities, and public infrastructure markets. Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposals, qualifications, presentations, and pursuit materials from kickoff to submission.
• Collaborate with technical staff and leadership to develop client-focused proposal content.
• Maintain marketing resources, including project profiles, resumes, and qualifications.
• Write and edit proposal content, project sheets, brochures, and marketing communications.
• Support capture planning with messaging, differentiators, and visuals.
• Assist with market research, opportunity tracking, and BD initiatives.
• Help manage website content, digital marketing, and social media.
• Ensure materials meet quality, branding, and submission requirements.
• Mentor junior team members and improve proposal processes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Techno is looking for a driven and creative Senior Proposal Coordinator to help advance our growth across transportation, water, facilities, and public infrastructure markets. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys crafting compelling content, and understands how strategic messaging contributes to winning work.

• Coordinate proposals, qualifications, presentations, and other pursuit materials from kickoff through submission.
• Collaborate with technical staff and leadership to develop compelling, client-focused proposal content.
• Maintain marketing resources, including project profiles, resumes, firm qualifications, and business development materials.
• Write and edit proposal content, project sheets, award submissions, brochures, and other marketing communications.
• Support capture planning by developing strategic messaging, key differentiators, and visual concepts.
• Assist with market research, opportunity tracking, and business development initiatives.
• Help manage website content, digital marketing, and social media communications.
• Ensure all materials meet quality, branding, and submission requirements.
• Mentor junior team members and help improve proposal and marketing processes.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• 3–5 years of marketing, proposal coordination, or business development support experience.
• AEC industry experience preferred.
• Experience preparing proposals and qualifications for public and private sector clients.
• Familiarity with New York and New Jersey public agency procurement processes preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience with website content management systems and digital marketing tools is a plus.
• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.

COMPENSATION

The anticipated compensation range for this position is between $65,000/yr-$95,000/yr. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, education, certifications, skills, and work location.
